  • Working with leadership teams at Wetlands Watch to take their DEIJ iniatiative from strategy to action.

-Collaborated with the leadership of Better Housing Coalition to create their first ever racial equity plan. 

-Worked with Virginia Conservation Network to design and implement their DEIJ action plan since 2022.
